New Bird Blocks at Elsa + Sam

I've got some new Bird Block's up at Elsa + Sam's, a delightfully beautiful and simple dishware boutique on Hawthorne.

This block is inspired by a day in kindergarten when my mom told me I couldn't wear red and pink in the same outfit. Later a painting teacher told me that no colors clashed in nature. I think of this story often when I wear a magenta shirt and red shoes!

I am working like crazy to have lot's of lovelies

as I will have just returned from Hawaii!

We are celebrating my mom's 65th Birthday a bit early.

I feel incredibly lucky to have such a wise, beautiful,

and loving mother. And she'll beat your socks off at poker!
