YES PLEASE rolling rocks.

YES PLEASE to rocks rolling in and out of the ocean.

YES PLEASE to women's hands that do and hold so much.

YES PLEASE to art supplies that bring inspiration and creativity.

And YES PLEASE to making something of all those wondrous things.

YES PLEASE, Cherry Blossoms.

Here is another thing I would like to say
YES PLEASE to...
Gorgeous pink cherry blossoms in spring that fill my heart
with glee and hope after a long dreary winter.
They fill up the trees until not another bloom would fit,
and then rain down in a pink puddle parade.

YES PLEASE to cherry blossoms.

YES PLEASE.

i LOVE goats.
These are two new friends I met this month.
Scout is on the left, she lives on Hwy 53,
and has a incredibly nice owner
who will let a city girl pull over her car
and pet that goat for a long time.
The goat on the right is only 24 hours old,
and her human companion Brad
not only let me pet her, but also hold her.

These silly goat creatures have my heart.

I've begun looking through the camera lens
differently these days.
Sometimes I see something that I LOVE,
and I think "YES PLEASE."
I would like a second helping of that please.

I'll show you more "YES PLEASE" pictures soon.

Crafty Folks: Rochelle Ford

During my recent trip to California I walked by a house
I strolled by my whole childhood.
It is the inspirational home of Metal Artist, Rochelle Ford.

Her work is bold, colorful, and vivacious,
as is her home and yard.
In my youth we would detour a few blocks out of the way
just to gander at the grandeur of her artistic home.
And I would dream that someday I would be an artist too.

Better Homes and Gardens did a nice article about her,
find it here.  They took this great areal shot.

I hope everyone has someone to be inspired by,
and someone to inspire.
